At Somerset County Communications, we are the lifeline between the community and emergency services. Our dedicated team of dispatchers is committed to providing swift, reliable, and compassionate assistance during all situations.

Our Mission:
The mission of the Somerset Regional Communications Center is to provide the citizens and visitors of Somerset County with a vital link to emergency services. To never forget that we represent the first of the first responders, and that our caller’s opinion of all emergency service personnel may hinge on how they are treated by our personnel. We will strive to handle all calls for assistance with professionalism, integrity and compassion while getting them the emergency services they need in their time of distress. We will continue to grow as a unit in finding innovative ways in which to serve our customers and our co-workers. The Communications Center has adopted the core values of; Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism, and Team Spirit. All personnel will carry themselves within these core values at all times.
